About the Event & Course
The Rams Rise & Run is a family friendly 3k event that takes place upon the Ram Trails. The Ram Trails are a series of grass and dirt paths that weave through woods and around a pond. While being off road, the trails are well maintained - with minimal roots or ruts - and are used for competitive High School Cross Country 3k and 5k races. Its rolling design is fast for the competitive runner to run a fast time, while friendly for recreational runners of all abilities to enjoy running off the pavement.
**Note: The trails are not stroller friendly. No dogs are allowed**

Parking & Bathrooms

Ample parking is available at Rolesville High by the main entrance, with overflow parking on campus. Bathrooms will be available at the Football Stadium (see Map below).

About the Rams XCT
The Rams Racing Series is a fundraiser for the Rolesville Cross Country & Track teams. These teams provide athletic training for over 120 athletes every year, from across the socio-economic spectrum 12 months a year. The Rams have won a combined 8x Conference Championships, 2x Regional Championships, and 7x Top 10 State Rankings since 2013 (not including individual athlete's All State & All American recognitions).
While the school supplies some funding, the majority of the money for equipment, uniforms, travel expenses, and entry fees comes from donations and fundraisers. The Rams have a large amount of equipment expenses on the horizon. Please help us meet our yearly budget goals through participating in the Rams Racing Series and Donating Here.
